I am Woman . . .
This is one woman that is easy to admire. Mindi is so full of talent, but the thing I appreciate most is her confidence. She doesn't seem to allow insecurities to slow her down in anything. If she wants to try something new, she just moves forward. She has so many things going at once, yet she never seems frazzled or overwhelmed. Check out her amazing food blog.
